Made-to-Order Policy

Most NLV Designs items are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed.

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production time does not include shipping time.

Because our items are made to order, please double-check your size, color, and shipping information before completing checkout.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed after production is complete.

Estimated timeline:

Production time: 3–5 business days
Shipping time: Depends on the shipping option selected at checkout

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text if provided at checkout.

NLV Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Size issues
Change of mind
Incorrect color selected
Incorrect address entered
Buyer’s remorse
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Please review the size chart before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A photo of the packaging, if applicable
A brief explanation of the problem

Once reviewed, we will let you know the next steps.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started yet.

Once your item has entered production, the order cannot be canceled.

Custom DTF Orders

For custom DTF printing orders, customers are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality artwork.

NLV Designs is not responsible for blurry, pixelated, misspelled, low-resolution, or incorrectly submitted designs approved by the customer.

Custom print orders are final sale once production begins.

Product Color Disclaimer

We do our best to display product colors accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, device settings, and production materials.
